Zhou Chenyi, like the five generations of fishermen before him, works on the Guo River; only all the fish in the channel are dead, one of the byproducts of China’s economic growth. Mr. Zhou, along with about 300 other fishermen have banded together to file a class action lawsuit against whom they allege is the worst polluter of the Guo.
